A: We proudly serve Jacksonville, Duval County, and surrounding areas—excluding Nassau County. For locations just outside Duval County, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your request. Additional travel fees may apply.
Q: How do I request a quote?
A: Virtual (Free): Send photos/descriptions to dzjunkhawlersllc@outlook.com. On-Site (Trip Fee): $165 non-refundable fee if we need an in-person assessment.
Q: How long does it take to get a quote?
A: We aim to provide virtual quotes within 24–48 hours if you send us photos or a detailed description.
Q: How far in advance do I need to schedule?
A: We generally require 24–48 hours’ notice to schedule once you approve the quote. If you need same-day service, please call us directly to check availability.
Q: Do I have to be on-site for the quote?
A: No, you can provide a key or lockbox code, and we’ll do the assessment independently if that works better for you.
Q: What does the $165 trip fee cover?
A: Travel plus up to the first hour of labor on smaller tasks or initial assessments. Non-refundable if canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or if you no-show (if applicable).
Q: How soon can I expect a response?
A: We aim to respond within 24-48 hours. We accommodate weekday, weekend, and sometimes evening appointments as available.
Q: How should I prepare for your arrival?
A: Ensure the work area is accessible, safe, and free of unnecessary items. Provide gate codes, parking instructions, or any special notes before we arrive.
Q: What if the project scope changes?
A: We’ll discuss any additional tasks and costs before proceeding. A new quote or addendum will be provided, and work only begins once you approve.
Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule?”
A: We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a $100 cancellation fee or forfeiting the $165 trip fee. See our Terms & Conditions for details.
Q: Do you handle hazardous materials?
A: No. We do not handle or transport asbestos, paints, oils, medical waste, or other hazardous materials. We may set them aside for a licensed third-party service or refuse to move them if deemed unsafe.
Q: What if I’m not satisfied with the work?
A: We offer a 5-business-day satisfaction guarantee. Contact us within five (5) business days of completion, and we’ll do our best to resolve any issues within our scope.
Q: When and how do I pay?
A: Homeowners: Payment due upon job completion. We accept checks, major credit cards, and digital methods (Apple Pay/Google Pay). Property Managers/Realtors: Net 30 from invoice date; a 2% monthly late fee applies after 30 days, up to 90 days. Post-90 days, additional collection fees may apply.
Q: What about severe weather or emergencies?
A: In cases of storms or unforeseeable events, we follow our Force Majeure policy (see Terms & Conditions). We’ll do our best to reschedule quickly.
