1. Junk Removal & Cleanouts

What We Remove

  • Non-hazardous household items including: furniture, appliances, yard debris, and general clutter.

Pricing:

  • Volume-Based Pricing (Standard Materials):

    • 1/8 Truck Load (Minimum Limit): $200

    • 1/4 Truck Load: $350

    • 1/2 Truck Load: $500

    • Full Load: $800

  • Volume-Based Pricing (Dense Materials like Concrete, Dirt, Tile):

    • 1/8 Truck Load (Minimum Limit): $250

    • 1/4 Truck Load: $450

    • 1/2 Truck Load: $600

    • Full Load: $1,000

Additional Fees:

  • Heavy Material Fees:

    • $250 surcharge for individual items exceeding 400 lbs.

    • $100/ton surcharge for loads exceeding 2,000 lbs.

    • DZ Junk Hawlers LLC reserves the right to deny moving items over 350 lbs. for safety and equipment concerns.

  • Trip Fee: $165 (includes the first hour of labor).

  • Hourly Rate: $135/hour for labor beyond the first hour, prorated as needed.

Multi-Load Policy:

  • Each trip to the dump is charged separately. The first load is priced according to volume-based pricing; subsequent loads are charged at the applicable rate (e.g., 1/4 load = $450).

Specialty Services:

  • Foreclosure, estate, and eviction cleanouts are charged on a per-job basis. These jobs include a custom quote reflecting the scope of junk removal, labor, and additional services (e.g., exterior cleaning).

Dumpster Use:

  • For larger cleanouts, a dumpster may be necessary. If DZ Junk Hawlers LLC coordinates the dumpster rental, a $100 coordination fee applies, and the client is required to pay for the dumpster upfront.

  • Clients who arrange dumpsters are responsible for placement liability and damage.

Key Policies

  • Ownership of Removed Items: All removed items become the property of DZ Junk Hawlers LLC unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Recycling & Disposal: We prioritize recycling, donating, and proper disposal whenever possible.

  • Hazardous Materials: We do not handle or transport hazardous materials (e.g., asbestos, paints, oils, medical waste, explosives). However, we can gather and organize hazardous materials into a single area for easy removal by a licensed third party. DZ Junk Hawlers LLC is not responsible for the removal of these materials once organized.

2. Beautification Services

Pressure Washing: Cleaning siding, fences, decks, patios, driveways, and walkways using eco-friendly, biodegradable products.

  • Fence Beautification: Minor repairs, painting, and staining to improve curb appeal.

  • Yard Maintenance: Lawn mowing, hedge trimming, debris removal, and sod or mulch installation.

Pricing:

  • Hourly Rate: $135/hour for labor, with a $165 minimum trip fee (includes the first hour of work).

  • Custom Quotes: Available for larger projects.

Policies

  • Plant Placement: Clients are responsible for plant care after placement.

3. Equipment Rentals & Onsite Service

How It Works:

  • Customers pay for equipment rental (e.g., stump grinders, chainsaws) directly.

  • DZ Junk Hawlers LLC handles rental logistics, including pickup, delivery, and professional operation.

Supported Services:

  • Stump grinding.

  • Tree branch cutting (not full tree removal).

Policies:

  • Coordination Fee: $100 per equipment rental.

  • Availability: Equipment availability depends on vendor stock.

  • Fees: Transportation and handling fees may apply based on equipment type and location.

  • Liability: DZ Junk Hawlers LLC is not responsible for vendor delays or equipment issues

4. Gutter Cleaning Services

  • What We Offer: Gutter cleaning and basic gutter guard installation.

  • Safety Note: Steep or hazardous roofs are excluded.

5. Dumpster Coordination

What We Do:

  • For large-scale cleanouts or heavy debris, a dumpster may be required.

Client Responsibility:

  • Clients who arrange dumpsters assume full liability for placement and any resulting damage.

Coordination by DZ Junk Hawlers LLC:

  • A flat $100 fee applies for managing dumpster arrangements. Clients must pay for the dumpster upfront before services begin.

Additional Labor Fees:

  • Hourly rates apply for labor to fill the dumpster or assist with cleanup.

6. Document Shredding

  • Secure shredding for sensitive documents uncovered during cleanouts.

  • Documents can be stored securely for up to 14 days upon request before final shredding.
