Our Services

1. Junk Removal & Cleanouts

What We Remove:
Non-hazardous household items, including furniture, appliances, yard debris, and general clutter.

Dump Fee Policy:

• Standard and Dense Materials: The dump fee is included in the quoted price for items like house junk, concrete, tile, or dirt.

• Large Dumpster Jobs: For larger cleanouts requiring a dumpster, the job is quoted as a flat rate. If the dumpster rental includes disposal fees, a separate dump fee is not charged.

• Quoted Pricing: Jobs requiring dumpsters are always quoted by the job and not based on the dumpster's weight or fullness.

General Pricing:

• Standard Materials:

  • Small Load (1/8 Truck): Starting at $200

  • Medium Load (1/4 Truck): Starting at $350

  • Half Load (1/2 Truck): Starting at $500

  • Full Load: Starting at $800

  Full Load Definition: A full load is defined as when the floor of the truck or trailer is fully utilized. Items can be stacked where safe, but no additional items will be added once the load is determined full for safety or capacity reasons.

• Dense Materials (Concrete, Dirt, Tile):

  • Small Load (1/8 Truck): Starting at $250

  • Medium Load (1/4 Truck): Starting at $450

  • Half Load (1/2 Truck): Starting at $600

  • Full Load: Starting at $1,000

  Note: Full loads for dense materials are limited to 1 foot of depth in the trailer to ensure compliance with weight limits. For heavier loads exceeding this limit, we recommend using a dumpster, which we can coordinate for you.

Specialty Item Pricing:

• Mattresses: Starting at $50 per item

• Tires (With or without rim): Starting at $50 each

• Heavy Material Surcharge: $250 per item over 400 lbs

Policy for Documents Found:
Any sensitive documents found (e.g., tax records, financial statements, or personal identification) during cleanouts will be returned directly to the person who ordered the service. DZ Junk Hawlers LLC is not responsible for the storage, destruction, or unclaimed sensitive documents. Any unclaimed items will be returned as-is at the time of service completion.

Dumpsters:
Some jobs may require a dumpster to simplify the process. All dumpster jobs are quoted by the job and are not based on the dumpster's weight or fullness. Clients are responsible for paying for dumpster rentals, whether arranged by DZ Junk Hawlers LLC (with a $100 coordination fee) or independently.

2. Beautification Services

Services Offered:

• Pressure Washing: Cleaning siding, fences, decks, patios, driveways, and walkways using eco-friendly, biodegradable products.

• Fence Beautification: Minor repairs, painting, and staining to improve curb appeal.

• Yard Maintenance: Lawn mowing, hedge trimming, debris removal, and sod or mulch installation. If pet waste removal is necessary, an additional fee of $50 may be applied and will be disclosed in the quote before invoicing.

Custom Quotes:
Beautification services are quoted individually to reflect project scope.

Policies:
The $85 trip fee acts as a deposit which secures scheduling and is applied toward the final job cost. Clients are responsible for plant care after placement.

3. Equipment Rentals & Onsite Service

How It Works:
Customers may choose to provide their own equipment for tasks like stump grinding or tree branch cutting, and DZ Junk Hawlers LLC will only charge for labor.

If customers prefer, DZ Junk Hawlers LLC can arrange equipment rentals for a $100 coordination fee. In addition to standard equipment, we now offer coordination for skid steer rentals—an ideal option for efficiently removing heavy or dense materials such as bricks and concrete. Customers must provide payment information upfront, and any additional rental costs will be charged based on the equipment provider's rates.

4. Gutter Cleaning Services

What We Offer:

• Gutter cleaning and basic gutter guard installation.

Safety Note:

• Steep or hazardous roofs are excluded.

5. Dumpster Coordination

What We Do:
For large-scale cleanouts or heavy debris, a dumpster may be required.

Client Responsibility:
Clients who arrange dumpsters assume full liability for placement and any resulting damage.

Coordination by DZ Junk Hawlers LLC:
A flat $100 fee applies for managing dumpster arrangements. Clients must pay for the dumpster upfront before services begin.

Additional Labor Fees:
Labor costs for loading or filling the dumpster will be included in the job quote.
